I have a new 14" charger I am using like a work on paper- glazing as I might a unique painting. This size and format is suitable for this approach and I look forward to more of these in the coming months.
The background glaze is a new white satin matte that works really well.
These are beautiful- I love the watery feel of the glaze- the top one is my favourite.
ReplyDeleteI like them, too. Especially the satin glaze. I just got some new fabric that smacks of this look. Little o's on a mauve and pale pink ground. Perhaps a place mate to go under the platter. Hmmm.
